Open Morning 2024

We look forward to welcoming our prospective students and families who are booked onto the Open Morning.

Requirements for your self-guided School Tour

1. The Open Morning tours are STRICTLY for Year 6 students and are limited to a maximum of 2 adults and the Year 6 student.  Other family members will not be admitted.
2. After being booked onto your allocated sessions you are NOT able to move to a different session.
3. Car parking is only on a first come first served basis on the day (very limited number of spaces available). There is parking in the school vicinity and in the Asda car park for a limited period.
4. You must keep to your assigned route around the school, signage will be in place to direct you.
5. When you hear the school bell this means that your session will end and you will be need to leave the school site promptly via the entrance that you came into the school or go directly to the Hall to listen to the Head's talk (this is optional).    Session 1 (Eagle Gate - Upper Arundel Street) via the top playground, Session 2 - main school entrance.   Please DO NOT exit via any other gate than the allocated exit.
6. Unfortunately late arrivals cannot be accepted on a tour.
7. Parents or students with any Covid related symptoms will NOT be permitted on site.
8. Anyone who has not booked onto the tour will be asked to wait until all other bookings have been welcomed.

Session 1: Arrival time between 9am and 11am ONLY

Information for Session 1:

Please DO NOT arrive prior to 9am. Entrance to the school will be via Upper Arundel Street (Eagle Gate). 

Please listen out for the bell when it rings at approximately 10.50am as you then have the option to go to the Hall to listen to the Headteacher's talk or exit the school site via the Eagle Gate only.

Session 2: Arrival time between 11am and 1pm ONLY

Information for Session 2:

Please DO NOT arrive prior to 11am. Entrance to the school will be via the main school gate (Arundel Street entrance) only. 

Please listen out for the bell when it rings at approximately 12.50pm as you then have the option to go to the Hall to listen to the Headteacher's talk or exit the school site via the main school gate only.
