 The school is looking to recruit a dynamic and ambitious Teacher of Geography.  Geography is a very popular and successful subject at both Key Stages and field trips are part of the curriculum. 

You will be well supported by a friendly, hard-working and talented team, fantastic staff and lovely pupils.  You will have a key role in making a good department excellent.  The role is full time.

 The school is looking to recruit an inspirational teacher to join the Physical Education (PE) Department with the ability to teach a second subject. St Edmund’s has an outstanding record of sporting achievement and results and we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivational member of staff to join the team.   You will be well supported by and contribute to a friendly, hard-working and talented team, fantastic staff and lovely pupils.  You will have the potential to become an outstanding PE Teacher. This role is full time.

 In PE we aim to provide pupils with an exciting and fulfilling curriculum in which many different teaching styles are used. We love the idea of pupils taking responsibility and roles within PE lessons which allows them to develop respect, maturity, leadership skills and social interactions. Our teaching prides itself on pupil discovery, and we feel as a Department; methods such as trial and error, whole-part-whole and guided discovery are key for pupil development. In lessons pupils will experience pupil-led warm ups, exciting and innovative drills and lots of conditioned games which allow them to apply and evaluate the skills learnt.   This is an exciting time to join us: you will be part of our St Edmund’s family and determined team, built on an ethos of trust and collaboration.  Leadership Scale Salary 9 – 15 (£63,070 - £73,105)

Due to promotion by our current postholder, we are looking for an outstanding and inspirational leader to join our Leadership team in September 2026. 

You will play an essential role in working as part of a dynamic leadership team rated Outstanding by Ofsted twice.
