Dear Year 7 Student,

A very Happy New Year to You all, I hope you are all well and managed to have a peaceful Christmas break.

It is with a great pleasure that I am writing to you, to invite you to our first ever Celebration Assembly in St Edmund’s School.

As we are unable to gather together the usual way, on the school premises, our assembly will be taking place on line on Thursday 21 January 2021 at 2 o’clock. As this takes place during period 5 on that day, your teachers will be informed that you will be absent from that lesson.

Your parents are very welcome to watch it with you if they wish to, I cannot send an additional/separate invite for them, as there are limited numbers of participants on Teams.

You will receive your invites on Teams shortly, please make sure your microphones are on mute.

I will give you further instructions at the start of the Assembly.

I am very excited and looking forward to next week.
